• Contribute to the development of technical online learning content, focused on topics related to storm water quality and environmental compliance.
• Develop educational materials and training,
• Interface and communicate with Jacobs teammates and client staff,
• Contribute to the development of effective and engaging online educational materials,
• Tailor/localize content for respective learner groups and personas,
• Draft e-learning technical content and concepts for visuals,
• Develop assessment scenarios,
• Write machine audio scripts,
• Verify accuracy and provide content reviews,
• Facilitate internal and client review calls and discussions,
• Coordinate with e-learning and animation development team colleagues (locally in Honolulu, in mainland US, Poland, and/or elsewhere around the world as needed).
• BS in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Environmental Planning, Earth Science & Technology, Environmental Management, Plant and Environmental Protection Science, Learning Design and Technology, or related field
• Excellent Oral and Written Communications and Inter-personal skills
• Instructional Design Interest
• 0-5 years experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Word.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Storm Water, or Water Quality, or Environmental or Green Storm Water Infrastructure Interest and/or Background
• Communications or Education Minor
• Instructional Design Background
• MS in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or related field
