Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Worked closely with the Team to develop HEOR strategy and product value story.
- Designed and implemented multiple critical HEOR RWE and modeling studies to support product launch in the China and HTA decisions.
- Provided innovative solutions to generate robust economic and clinical evidence tailored to the market needs.
- Disseminated evidence through multiple channels, including peer-reviewed journal publications, presentation at key congresses (ASCO, ESMO, ISPOR, etc.), and promotional/reactive commercial tools.
- Collaborated closely with internal teams and external thought leaders to deliver and communicate HEOR strategy and evidence.
- Created close collaboration internally with cross-functional team to achieve full strategic alignment between Local market and corporate priorities and ensure the works are fully integrated into the overall brand strategy.
- Established strong relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support evidence generation and communication.
- Partnered with internal and external policy and patient advocacy groups to influence access and policy environment.
- Provided training, mentor ship, and advice to internal teams and individuals.
- Provided advice and expertise to internal HEOR team on methods, study design, and evidence generation strategy.
- Mentored junior members of the team on technical skills, matrix team relationship building, and best practice in cross-functional collaboration
Recruitment Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimal master’s degree in pharmaco-economic, bio-medical related, or pharmaceutical / healthcare management related.
- Languages: fluent English & Chinese.
Experience
- 10-years related experience of HEOR and pricing, market access.
- MNC experience is preferred.
- People management experience is preferred.
