Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience driving sales growth within a direct and indirect sales motion/approach.
- 6 years of experience in partner sales or channel management, within the technology sector, particularly in Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Experience of market technology landscape, cloud solutions, and the partner ecosystem.
- Experience of adapting to cultivating, relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Business-to-Business or certification.
- Experience with Cloud ecosystems with the knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently at business level as the role is part of regional team that requires effective communication in English with stakeholders.
- Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI.
