Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience of successfully driving sales growth within a direct and indirect sales motion/approach.
6 years of experience in partner sales or channel management, within the technology sector, particularly in Software as a Service (SaaS).
Experience of market technology landscape, cloud solutions, and the partner ecosystem.
Experience of adapting to cultivating, value-driven relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organisations.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Business-to-Business or certification.
Experience with Cloud ecosystems with the knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
Ability to communicate in English fluently at business level as the role is part of regional team that requires effective communication in English with stakeholders.
Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
