What you will achieve

As a Logistics Senior Advisor, you willconduct Logistics ocean operation for end to end management and work with internal stakeholders on logistics related program.

You will also:

• Conduct ocean operation for end to end management and exception management

• Track ocean KPI and manage the ocean performance as SLA commitment

• Drive necessary changes against search results to find out the cost saving/process improvement opportunities for Dell logistics networks

• Well manage local service providers as business requirement

Essential Requirements

• Min 8 years of logistic industry experience on ocean focus

• Bachelor degree of Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, and Economics related major

• Fluent English and basic data intelligence & analytics knowledge, skill of Power BI and statistical analysis tool would be a plus

• Collaboration with team members with strong communication skill in cross-functional team

• Self-motivated to drive expected result with appropriate guidance from buddy and project mentor

Desirable Requirements

• Program management experience is required
