• Assist in planning and implementing change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of changes to streamline operations.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders involved in transformation projects.

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and ensure buy-in for transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience communicating with customers/vendors, scheduling and project management (or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; intermediate level Excel skills

• Ability to create Pivot Tables, Vlookup/Xlookups, and general familiarity with standard Excel formulas

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability and flexibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong organizational and time management skills including a passion for ensuring projects proceed.Change management knowledge and experience. Influence and Persuasion.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus
