Assist in planning and implementing change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication.
Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of changes to streamline operations.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders involved in transformation projects.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and ensure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience communicating with customers/vendors, scheduling and project management (or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; intermediate level Excel skills
Ability to create Pivot Tables, Vlookup/Xlookups, and general familiarity with standard Excel formulas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability and flexibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills including a passion for ensuring projects proceed.Change management knowledge and experience. Influence and Persuasion.

Experience in healthcare environment is a plus
