Work collaboratively with peers and other multi-functional team members including define sub-system design requirement specifications and design architectures
Lead multi-disciplinary electrical design projects with hands-on contributions from prioritizing, requirements, budget/resource planning, gap analysis, risk management, design implementation, validation and release through engineering product design life cycles
Lead and collaborate across multi-technical fields and multi-functional teams
Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team driving functional teams program deliverables
Lead design reviews and phase exits to senior and executive level management
Lead valuable third party vendors, services andcontractors/consultantsto deliver turn-key design solutions
Provide project status updates to upper management and partner committees
Drives continuous improvement in the quality of our processes and systems. Builds internal / external reports and analytics to measure performance and provide opportunities for improvement and customer happiness
Communicate and work efficiently with a global engineering, Spares, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide high level of support on new products
Desired Qualifications:
Consistent record in engineering development, sustaining and continuous improvement
Must be a teammate and have strong leadership, critical thinking, strive to executions, effective communication and problem-solving skills including good presentation skills
Experience as hardware or software development team leader is a plus
Experience in semi-conductor capital equipment development is a plus
Previous engineering functional management role is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' of experience in engineering for development, sustaining and continuous improvement.
