Job responsibilities
- Support the APAC Industry GIB Business Management team to define, implement and achieve business objectives and formulation of strategic decisions/initiatives
- Craft strategic and financial materials for management meetings and business reviews to navigate revenue growth strategy and business priorities
- Work with regional/business management team on various regional/ global deliverables, ranging from regulatory reporting to data analytics
- Working closely with various control and support functions on various BAU and ad hoc projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance, business management or strategy roles
- Previous product knowledge or exposure to investment banking and/or prior Business Management or Chief Operating Office experience
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize changing demands
- A self-starter with can-do attitude, self motivated and a fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, can articulate and support their own conclusions to senior audiences
- A team player who can partner with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools
