Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts, including shift assignments during non-standard business hours that may include evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

- Technical services experience in high-availability environments (e.g., data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical) OR
- Degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school) or higher-equivalent education AND technical services experience in high-availability environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) andoffice management software like Microsoft Teams.
- Good to have: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP): Demonstrates advanced administrative skills and knowledge, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification: Certified in specific Microsoft Office applications, Customer Service Certification: Holds certification indicating effective customer service skills and Communication Skills Training: Completed training in effective communication, such as courses offered by Dale Carnegie Training.
Critical Environment Ops ATR-B- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $21.88 - $35.91 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $30.58 - $39.86 per hour.
