Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly monitoring of approved Marketing claims and share POV on needed updates to Legal and Marketing when necessary
Lead the claims substantiation process by partnering closely with Legal, Product and Marketing intent owners to document and socialize supporting evidence
Review Marketing campaigns to ensure proper disclosure(s) are added and verify language accuracy by comparing to centralized disclosures doc
Regularly review creative creative re-approvals to ensure claims and disclosures are still accurate and approved for use
Lead audits of Marketing messaging & claims to ensure consistency of claims in market and manage action plan if changes are needed
Operate effectively in an agile environment and effectively reconcile feedback from key stakeholders, including business leads, Legal and Compliance
Stay plugged into industry Marketing trends and proactively share ideas on new ways to articulate claim language that will resonate with our target audience
Develop and manage timeline for all deliverables, coordinate review cycles and production schedules with various internal teams, agencies and vendors
Problem solve with peers on other teams and communicate relevant updates to senior leaders
Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Hands on experience developing Marketing messaging & claims
Exposure to legal processes related to approving Marketing messaging & claims
Successful track record in facilitating alignment across matrixed or cross-functional teams
Very organized and able to self-manage details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work
Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and verbal persuasion abilities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Communications, or Project Management
At least 5 years of experience executing Marketing Communications Campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services Marketing
