As a Sales Support you will provide support to the Client Advisors in the preparation of client meetings, deliver a high-end service to clients through diligent and accurate responses to their queries and coordinate answers to Request For Proposal (RFP) with our London-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Client Advisors in the preparation of client meetings (presentations, product factsheets, etc.) and follow up subsequent client queries (additional information, additional servicing)
  • Deliver a high-end service to clients through diligent and accurate responses to their queries e.g. requests for reporting, presentations or product management commentaries
  • Coordinate answers to Request For Proposal (RFP) with our London-based team
  • Monitor operational and financial indicators of the activity of the team
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the client database tool
  • Support the Client Advisors in the search for information about the market, products, competitors and client news
  • Client activity monitoring from account opening to dealing follow-up
  • Support Client Advisors to create Sales Due Diligence Questionnaires for new clients and refresh SDDQs for the periodic KYC/AML refresh
  • Contribute to the distribution agreement negotiation process and monitor the good implementation of agreed conditions (via internal tools)
  • Partner with marketing team on new product and insights campaigns

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Master II degree in Finance
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, VBA, and others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English
  • Some experience within the financial industry, preferably in Asset Management
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of collaboration and partnership across multiple internal teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • CFA certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge in client on-boarding & operational processes
