YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer for our team in Sofia to work on exciting global topics projects. In this role you will:

• Create detailed test scripts, co-ordinate team topics for various product standards tests, prepare test environments (customizing & master data), author and execute manual and/or automated tests.

• Work in a cross functional product with focus on functional regression tests across releases. Analyse, define, implement test related activities according to a given test strategy for the assigned product area

• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to SAP product standards.

• Assist our agile development teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting bugs, issues and test results in a timely manner.

• Create and maintain automated test scripts to streamline repetitive testing activities.

• Integrate automated testing into the continuous integration and continuous testing process.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, product owners, and other team members to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to clarify issues as they arise.

• Work withto integrate cloud-based processes, services, applications, events and data.

YOUR PROFILE

If you are self-driven and flexible, you are a perfect fit for our team. Further role requirements are:

• Degree in Engineering / Computer science or equivalent subject

• Experience in Software Quality Management area and solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression testing

• Ability to debug and optimize code and to automate routine tasks.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack; creative problem-solving skills.

• Hands on experience with at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript), web-based UI Automation tool (e.g. Selenium) and REST Assured.

• Familiar with common tools for agile project planning and tracking, source code control and continuous integration (for example JIRA, Git, Jenkins)

• Ability to work independently, and eagerness to learn and explore new topics

• Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills.
