What you'll do :

• Serve as the Scrum Master for ServiceNow development teams, guiding them in the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile processes and practices to deliver high-quality products.
• Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
• Implement metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, sprint plans, and retrospectives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in ServiceNow or IT service management projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Agile projects and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ServiceNow Agile Development).
