Serve as the Scrum Master for ServiceNow development teams, guiding them in the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team follows Agile processes and practices to deliver high-quality products.
Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
Implement metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, sprint plans, and retrospectives.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in ServiceNow or IT service management projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing Agile projects and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
