Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role involves managing and contributing to local and global HR projects and initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities and operations for Retail Store staffs and selected Corporate staffs, including recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, training and development, etc.
- Drive employee engagement through country-initiated, regional, or global activations.
- Maintain annual and monthly budgeting and tracking of personnel expenses.
- Implement and update guidelines and policies in accordance with local laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices and internal/external standards.
- Ensure the execution of people-related products and processes, adapting communication for the employee base.
- Develop and utilize HR analytics to monitor monthly People Metrics, preempt problem areas, and provide timely resolutions.
- Build a talent pipeline with robust succession plans for retail management positions.
- Partner with Global Business Service ( GBS) and payroll vendors to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance in employee pay and benefits.
- Ensure the workplace is well-maintained following company global standards.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Personnel Management
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR partnering role, ideally within an international organization (preferably in Retail working with Field organizations)
- Project management experience is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
