Own the Demand Gen performance dashboards
Collaborate with other teams to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Track, analyze and provide data-driven, actionable insights to optimize and refine our marketing programs, improve conversions and performance, for efficiency and increase our business impact, ROI and support reaching our quarterly and annual goals
Utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to forecast and optimize marketing ROI, while developing forecasting models to predict marketing outcomes.
Establish the MEL, MQL, SQL, and Pipeline delivery schedules, tracking actual vs. target performance, and shaping demand generation, acquisition strategies, and budget allocations.
Apply advanced analytics techniques on complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities, enhance marketing ROI and drive strategic insights
Develop and present proactive insights and recommendations to regional marketing leaders
To be a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst in JFrog you need...
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5 years experience as marketing analyst or business/sales/RevOps analyst
5 years experience working in or with a high growth demand gen marketing team in B2B SaaS
Experience with digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, content, email, social) and understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC, and ARR.
Strong statistical analysis skills and statistical modeling (SQL, Python, or R skills are a plus)
Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) as well as experience with Saleloft, 6Sense, Clickup, Google Analytics, MS Office, Google Suite (Advanced Excel and PPT skills).
Strategic Data Analysis: Proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who will identify key trends to drive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Finance and Marketing analysts to ensure data-driven alignment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership through data.
