As Sales Operations Manager at Orca AI, you will be a key part of our Sales, Finance and Operations department. The role requires a deep understanding and proven experience in Business Operations roles. You will report to the COO and work with other stakeholders in the organization (CFO, Sales).
What you will do:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that help solve our business needs.
- Planning and execution to meet customer delivery and installations
- Initiating invoicing process and tracking with customers
- Process Improvement
- Cross-team collaboration and ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
- Define and optimize Salesforce requirements and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Proactively seek out and identify necessary system changes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Customer invoicing and tracking
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, with demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce administration.
- Strong understanding of systems and sales processes.
- Forecasting capabilities.
- High attention to data and details
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent English skills -written and verbal.
- Strong excel + salesforce knowledge
