As a SuccessFactors RecruitingConsultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactorsRecruiting module, in order to optimize our clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
• Focus on optimizing clients' HR processes, especially in Recruiting.
• Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work in multi-cultural teams on SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Recruiting
• Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, troubleshootingand user training
• Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
• Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
• Lead digital transformation journeys.

What You Bring:

• Over 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle implementation
• Ability to conduct customer-facing workshops.
• Escalation management
• Knowledge in various SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Recruitingmodules (Recruiting Management and Marketing)
• Knowledge of Advanced Analytics and Recruiting Posting
• Good communication skills and knowledge in HR Business Processes.
• Fluency in English. Nice to have – any additional language.
