Job Description

This role requires someone who is highly analytical and can manage a cross-functional team, including the Key Account Manager, Medical, Access, and Policy. Understanding the health care environment, stakeholders, brand priorities and tailor collaboration opportunities with current and future strategic priorities accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts and stakeholders involved in the patient journey
  • Works closely with the KAM in the respective account to ensure “One company Experience” and customer understanding the different each representative responsibility.
  • Identify potential patient journey gaps and link them to the company's strategic priorities and solutions
  • Optimize the oncology patient journey mapping by developing solutions that are simple and effective
  • Understand hospital processes and decision-making
  • Manage a cross-functional team including the Key Account Manager, Medical, Access, and Policy
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and impact of solutions implemented
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Accompanies the hospital in the implementation of the action plan
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions
  • Sets up partnership contracts with health institutions by following good business practices and internal contracting procedures.
  • Represents the country in the MER OHL multi market squad and contributes to the improvement of the solutions by sharing experiences and the main lessons learned from the projects carried out. Ensures that local implementation is consistent with what is supported at CER/MER and other countries level.
  • Recommends to the cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Patient Experience Referent) on a possible approach to respond to these potential patient journey gaps: methodology, tool, solution or support offer with the aim of optimizing the Patient and Healthcare Professional Experience and guaranteeing the quality, safety and efficiency of the journey and care.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospital account management, healthcare consultancy or worked in the hospital before. Expertise in project management, particularly around patient journeys (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a cross-functional team and prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions that are simple and effective
  • Knowledge of hospital processes and decision making. Understanding of the healthcare environment and in particular knowledge of the hospital environment, ideally in oncology (required)
  • Understanding of the oncology patient journey mapping
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
