Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controller-ship or finance, or related field
    • ORMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+years experiencein financial analysis, accounting, controller-ship or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experiencemanaging high-level projects with a specific focus on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to form and influence cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-value projects both as an individual and through vendor teams with business partnering skills
  • Proven data and financial modeling capabilities and ability to work with financial systems
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way.
  • Executive level oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in pro-actively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and v-team efforts.
  • Ability to drive best-in-class decision support in ambiguous environments. Partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly commercial public and private cloud services, business models and economics preferred
  • Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed COGS analysis
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, quickly prioritize for impact and the resourcefulness to deliver

Responsibilities
  • Lead analytical review of performance against plan/forecast and drive insights across a variety of metrics
  • Partner with Engineering to delivery efficiencies with a high ROI (return on investment) to continue to drive down unit economics
  • Pro-actively communicate volume variances to ensure capacity requirements are met to avoid incremental costs or customer satisfaction issues
  • Exhibit leadership skills pro-actively driving and delivering high-impact results through both individual and vendor team efforts
  • Communicate findings into high quality communications and facilitate executive decision making across Customer Support Services and Engineering
