What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Consult with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and develop sourcing and diversity strategies including internal/external, search firm, agency and direct sourcing/networking methods
Source applicants, screen CVs, interview candidates and provide a shortlist to hiring managers
Work with the Business, Compensation and HR teams to negotiate and structure offer packages in line with regulatory policies
Negotiate candidate offers and research competitive markets and peer organizations
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to
Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders
Provide stakeholders with market data and MIS
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data timeliness and accuracy
As needed, manage relationships with search firms/agencies to drive timely and thorough sourcing of a high quality, diverse candidate pool
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree in HR
4-5 years of experience in recruitment
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
Familiarity with both search and direct hiring
Proven ability to source talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Professional and assertive communication
