What You'll Do

  • Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for a specific project

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and deliver a detailed plan for a successful outcome based on objectives

  • Ensure project pipeline grooming and estimation are executed with precision to inform project portfolio and resource capacity

  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to managed projects

  • Promote transparency and manage project change using repeatable methodologies and clear communication with project stakeholders from all levels of the organization (individual contributors to executives)

  • Plan and execute communications and reporting procedures for projects

  • Help identify and clear roadblocks for multiple teams

  • Prepare project documentation, ensuring completeness, and store and maintain appropriately throughout the project

  • Integrate and use specific industry and company-standard PM and technical delivery methodologies (e.g. Program Management methodologies based on PMI standards)

  • Lead lessons learned at the conclusion of projects; identify people, process and technology improvements to be made as a way to elevate the performance of future project teams

  • Educate other project team members and stakeholders on the Project Lifecycle Process and Agile Methodologies through both formal and informal training

  • Gain consensus for decisions and ensure delivery of high quality results

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in a project management role, managing technical projects

  • Track record of successfully managing high-complexity programs in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams

  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; solid interpersonal and leadership skills and analytical abilities

  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall style projects

  • Ability to work effectively across a widely diverse management team, as well as a broad spectrum of internal partners

  • Detail oriented and able to work in a very fast-paced environment

  • Ability to articulate the program and project management value proposition and be an evangelist for PM techniques and CEE PM methodologies

Additional Desired Skills:

  • 1+ years experience working with Agile teams

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Practical experience in Linux and Open Source

  • Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, ITIL, MSPM, Prosci certification(s)

The salary range for this position is $72,080.00 - $115,290.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
