Your Responsibilities could include:
- Order management. Processing orders according to specific customer requirements, generating invoices and credit memos, standard deliveries , free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
- Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
- Arrange special deliveries on request.
- File ordering documents and related records.
- Reply to ad hock questions from customers and Sales division managers related to orders, payments etc.
- Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
What are we looking for in you?
- Fluent English and Dutch
- Strong analytical skills (Excel)
- Higher education
- Standard computer skills (including MS Office)
- IT literate and a fast learner
- Experience in customer service in medical industry and SAP skill will be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Likes to work both independently and in a team
