As an Application Consultant, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots, transforming the way, medical documentation is created, and give healthcare professionals the opportunity to spend less time for documentation and more time with their patients.
• Degree in the technical or medical field
• Significant years Professional experience in customer service or in the medical field
• Experience with training
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written France
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
· This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German

• Planning and organizing training appointments with and for our customers
• Conducting trainings on-site or remotely
• Conduct web seminars
• Advising our customers on how they can use our products to document more effectively (process optimization, use of advanced features)
• Maintaining training materials
• Coordination with project management, Customer Success Account Management, Sales and Support
