As an Application Consultant, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots, transforming the way, medical documentation is created, and give healthcare professionals the opportunity to spend less time for documentation and more time with their patients.
Required Qualifications
• Experience in training, education, information technology (IT), datacenter-related work, technology-related work, or internships OR equivalent experience.
• Degree in a technical or medical field.
• Experience in delivering training sessions or workshops.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French; and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German.
• Ability to travel to various locations in France.
• Planning and organizing training appointments with and for our customers.
• Conducting trainings on-site or remotely.
• Conduct web seminars.
• Advising our customers on how they can use our products to document more effectively (process optimization, use of advanced features).
• Maintaining training materials.
• Coordination with Project Management, Customer Success Account Management, Sales and Support.
