You are responsible for

  • On time finish project task assignments. Ensures that the ISP clinical application implementation for project and key account. Support sales pursuits as pre-sales and marketing activities needed. Develop key account as demo site and prepare customer success story. Share knowledge and experience within China. Set up solid training to train/share with cross-region. Support clinical related event of post service by assignment.
  • Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips ISP solutions.
  • Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions.
  • Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution.
  • Participates in the development of new ISP solutions (services and/or product functionality)
  • Holds a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s)
  • Configures or manages the configuration of Philips ISP solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
  • Conducts workflow analysis and the consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
  • Guides of the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions
  • Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree in Radiology or equivalent in allied health discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical environment preferably in hospital setting
  • Knowledge of clinical workflow within critical care domain
  • Exposure or experience in delivering clinical training
  • Excellent customer facing and service skills is desirable.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.
  • High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing
  • Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrates punctuality and efficient work habits. Able to self-direct and effectively manage priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to be successful in a role performing a wide variety of tasks associated with varying customer needs, and an ability to change focus quickly as demands change.
  • Skills in local language and English.
