- Handle client queries via phone/Teams
- Effectively escalate essential matters

- Stay up to date with the firm’s latest policies, processes and tools

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Fluent English (C1)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Technical skills: efficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Good German (B1/B2)
