This role will focus on several key responsibilities.
First, under Strategic Partnership, it involves translating divisional goals into quarterly priorities and supporting sales execution strategies.
The role also requires collaboration with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights.
In the area of Business Insights, the position demands a strong understanding of the market, client base, and competitive landscape to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics, ultimately delivering actionable insights to sales leadership.
Finally, under Operational Excellence, the role provides vital support to the broader sales enablement organization and sales teams. This includes tasks such as book of business qualification and building, product and reporting training, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations
Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
