Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function.
3 years of experience managing category strategies and sourcing teams across multiple categories for both goods and services in the indirect category space.
Experience in managing and overseeing operations related to risk management, ensuring adherence to defined processes, accuracy, and timelines.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in implementing process improvements, automation, and standardization within outsourced operations to streamline PR/PO processes and helpdesk functionalities.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality helpdesk services and satisfactory resolution of queries.
Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and SLAs of partners and generate reports to monitor compliance and effectiveness.
Knowledge of procurement systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, and experience using these systems to manage procurement operations.
