- Master's degree or PhD in Contract Management, Business Law, or a related field.
- Experience managing contracting functions or tasks, and overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Experience with industry best practices and emerging trends in contract management, with the ability to implement these practices to support contracting processes.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management, with experience ensuring compliance with requirements throughout the contract life-cycle.
