Principal Program ManagerCopilot Studio CATwill allow you to work closely with some of the most strategic customers forMicrosoft Copilot Studioand enable them to be successful in their adoption and implementation to solve their business challenges and realize value. You will also be able to influence the product strategy and roadmap through customer feedback.

Qualifications
  • degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND6+ years’experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years
  • 2+ yearsof solution architecture experience.
  • + yearsof experience with keyPower Platformtechnologies and areas:

Responsibilities
  • Be thetechnical experton the ground with the customer team toincrease confidencein the product capabilities &drive adoption
  • Own the relationships
  • Communicate effectively
  • understandthetechnical challenges,constraints and blockersfaced by customers andprovide recommendationsfor solving these challenges by suggesting multiple solutions and workarounds along with pros and cons for each approach, to enable the customer / partner team tosuccessfully deploy solutions in production
  • variousproduct team ownersto prioritize product features that are blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, effective communication and byleveragingsenior leadership escalation, as necessary.
  • Be thebridgebetween engineering & customer teams and ownaction itemsfrom customer engagements anddrive them to completionbysharing regular updatesto all the stakeholders,identifyingthe right ownersfor each action item, andregularly following upwith the owners to completion.
