In this role, you will:
- Provide integration of all program elements and management of inter-dependencies
- Manage, track and report on impact metrics
- Provide transparency and status for Executive Leadership
- Evaluate and track approach, speed, and level of impact for each transformation component being executed within CIB and support acceleration / changes
- Identify and manage risks, remediate issues and correct high priority areas of concern
- Manage and develop a team responsible for directly supporting your role that will align with various transformation efforts
- Integrate with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells Fargo
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Strategy and Planning experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years transformational strategy and planning experience within CIB
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, being responsible for staffing, team development, and other management related activities
- Experience leading equivalent large scale transformative efforts at peer institutions and/or as a third party advisor
- Experience partnering with critical Senior Executive and Business Operations stakeholders
- Experience with workforce planning, cost management, and budgeting
- Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to develop long-term vision and strategic plans, anticipating future market changes and adapting accordingly
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to identify insights and inform decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
