In this role, you will:

Lead the strategy, design of Lending future state roadmap to be enabled by AI/GenAI

Accountable for execution of the Lending Transformation program, lead and manage exec level steering committees and operating committees

Serve as single point of contact and subject matter expert for escalations on issues of varying complexity

Contribute and implement innovative solutions or improvements to current operational processes and procedures. Must have a growth mindset and be solution and efficiency oriented.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Managing Director or Director level experience
  • Experience inLending, Large complex programs, AI Implementation
  • Prior or existing Corporate & Investment Banking experience
  • Ability to create relationship breadth and depth, while navigating the regulatory, compliance and legal intricacies of working at a highly regulated organization.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to C-Level executives.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening and communications skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly.
  • Strong understanding of current industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking.
  • Strong understanding of navigating a complex and large global banking organization.
  • Demonstrated experience around inclusivity in leading and the ability to bring along all key stakeholders into the strategy to ensure the business is operating within our risk framework.
  • High energy with a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models.


Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote
  • Up to 20% travel
  • Must be willing to work in posted location

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
