Primary duties involve leveraging talent data to develop comprehensive workforce insights related to key talent areas such as employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, capacity and demand planning, experience management, DEI and recruiting. You will design and maintain reporting solutions, including dashboards and detailed analyses.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and analyze data from various systems/sources (e.g., Workforce Planning, People Insights, Experience Management, Recruiting, PowerApps extracts, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Analyze data to inform strategic and operational talent recommendations
  • Track, trend, interpret and visualize using multiple, cross-functional HR and business data points to create a comprehensive analysis
  • Ability to tell a story using data by leveraging cross-function data (e.g., Recruitment, retention, DEI, employee engagement, performance management, etc.)
  • Develop simple and impactful PowerBI visualizations/dashboards that drive actionable insights
  • Validate, import, cleanse, merge data to prepare it for analysis
  • Document processes, data sources, and methods
  • Act as liaison with the Core Reporting team for Americas Assurance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
  • Proven ability to transform complex, ambiguous data into insightful takeaways that influence decision-makers
  • Understanding of Survey design and other data collection methods; Familiarity with Qualtrics a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management practices and tools; expert organizational and time management skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively across flexible work environments from being an independent solo contributor with minimal guidance, to the ability to lead offshore engineering teams
  • Operates in a structured and dynamic way, approaching business problems with logic and proven methodologies while constantly adapting to changing conditions
  • Ability to influence others, to gain support and commitment for shared projects
  • Experience and ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Consulting, facilitation, supporting change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management, communication (verbal and written)

To qualify you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps & Excel
  • A minimum of 4 plus years related job experience
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Financial & Business Acumen
  • Working knowledge of talent metrics / experience in the HR function
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,500 to $137,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,600 to $155,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
