Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in Technical Sales Engineering in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing technical/engineering role.
10 years of experience managing teams (e.g. manager of managers) while driving operations and management processes focused on performance of a consumption-based cloud business.
10 years of experience creating and managing scale-based pre-sales technical strategies and programs focused on engineering-led organizations.
10 years of experience in a senior business generating role within digital native and startup organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Existing relationships within the startup founder and startup ecosystem, including venture capital firms, incubators/accelerators, etc.
15 years of experience selling complex IT solutions to large companies, ideally within the target region with a demonstrated clear progression to major leadership roles.
Ability to engage and influence C-level relationships with executives both technical and non-technical.
Ability to lead with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
