Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction, program, or project management.
- 5 years of experience in construction cost management activities.
- Experience with pre-construction quantity surveying and cost estimating.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) or Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
- Experience managing construction cost and schedule programs including scheduling, change order review, review and approval of proposals, invoicing, pay applications, risk management, and value engineering.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships, with knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry and of design processes, procurement, and work package planning.
- Experience in vendor management, industry benchmarking and cost analysis.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management.
