Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in commercial construction, program, or project management.
5 years of experience in construction cost management activities.
Experience with pre-construction quantity surveying and cost estimating.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) or Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
Experience in managing vendor relationships, with knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry and of design processes, procurement, and work package planning.
Experience in vendor management, industry benchmarking and cost analysis.
Experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management.
Experience managing construction costs, change order review, review and approval of proposals, invoicing, pay applications, risk management, and value engineering.
