In this position, you will:
- Gather all the necessary requirements for customer and partner learning materials and resources and ensure they are perfectly aligned with the needs and roles of both customers and partners within their organizations.
- Collaborate with the Product Strategy and Portfolio team to create tailored resources that meet these specifications.
- Plan, develop, and manage webinars to educate customers and partners about our products and best practices, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Equip internal teams, partners, and selected customer representatives with the tools and knowledge to effectively train others, scaling our training efforts across different channels.
- Develop and implement continuous education programs for partners to keep them informed about new products, features, and best practices.
- Create and manage certification programs for customers and partners, enhancing their expertise and formally recognizing their skills.
- Track and analyze the usage and completion rates of training modules to ensure customers meet their training objectives. Continuously improve and update learning resources based on feedback and performance data.
- Develop brochures and other documentation that clearly communicate the value proposition of our training programs, including detailed pricing and certification plans.
