The Data Quality and Control Product Manageris responsiblefor drivingthe product vision, capability roadmap and value for the ICRM Data Programme

They will work with our client stakeholders in ICRM todevelop the ‘why’behind the surveillance productand be a champion for the delivery of value to the ICRM Data Program.

They will makestrategic decisions for the final productempowering the Product OwnersThe Product Managerwill clarify the strategic visionsto be available for the team to clarify the requirements.

will deploy new products,and enhance existing products, drive awareness and usage and measure the product performance ensuring positive user

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the productinceptionprocess for new products,servicesand upgrades by preparing the business case feasibility study, collaboratingwith key stakeholders to develop the communication strategy and roll-out approach, detailing the product offering and preparing the product

  • Own the product / value stream vision which will be the north star for driving strategic outcomes for the

  • Lead the product functional design process and create the product(Capability and Feature)roadmap based on an intimate knowledge of the users and

  • identifyingopportunities and

  • across ICRM and Citi

  • Create and own theAgile Release Training (Capability and Feature)backlog prioritising features which enable maximising the business

  • Agile Release Trainbacklog decomposition sessions withSenior Technology Leaders,architectureand other key stakeholdersto clearly define requirements from a user perspective, inclusive of acceptance criteria breaking downlarge capabilities and featuresfor the

  • Track and report product performance post-launch to evaluate / request future

  • Create strong feedback loops by leading the agile events seeking continuous feedback from stakeholders and incorporate in the backlog to achieve the desired

  • Develop the culture of using OKRs to ensurethe Scrum Teamsalign on the purpose of the work and cascade feedback related to risk and

  • Participate inAgile Release Train andScrum eventsrepresentingthe Product, and alignment with the Product Manager

  • Actively contribute towards self-development by creating and following development plans based on discussions with

  • Constantly surveyingwhat'saround you - CTI, Citi, industry,customersand competitors. Uses this knowledge to guide actions.

  • Commercial and Financial Acumen:Understands how ICRM Surveillance contributes to the wider Citi organization. Finds the balance between short-term financial gains and strategic intent.

Skills / Experience Levels

  • + years working in agile culture with 5+ years of relevant experience working as a lead Product Owneror Product Manager.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise the itemswhichmaximise business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same

  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-makingskills

  • In depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesise findings

  • Demonstrated experiencefacilitatingcollaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals andobjectives

  • with agile tools suites including JIRA, MS Teams or similar agile managementtooling

  • Experience with agile testing and technical engineering techniques (TDD, BDD) tools a plus
