Job Description

This on-site role is a critical role within our Quality Control function. As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for the daily testing and releasing of antigens and final vaccine products.

Your role will involve:

• In-vitro testing
• Antigen testing based on serial dilutions
• Working alongside your team members and team lead to meet release deadlines
• Ensure data interpretation and analysis are carried out in a timely manner, and identify any invalids or atypical results
• Being proactive with your daily tasks and ensure data and ensure data flow is complete
• Perform safety assessments
• Adhere to QMS deadlines - CAPA’s and deviations

Skills and Experience Required:

• Sound understanding and working knowledge of GMP Quality Systems
• Significant experience in a GMP environment
• Experience with ELISA, serial dilutions
• Release testing experience
• Laboratory investigations
• Good Protocol and Report writing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot to resolve issues
• Ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure to deliver success within set timelines and able to adapt to changes of plan when required
• Cross functional work experience
