Job Description

This on-site position is a critical role within our Quality Control function. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for the testing and releasing of antigens and final vaccine products.

Your role will involve:

• Ensure cell line propagation and health
• Carry out multiple antigen testing in cell lines
• Support in-vitro testing when required
• Liaison with different groups to ensure sample preparation and receipt in timely manner
• Work alongside your team members and team lead to meet release deadlines
• Ensure data interpretation and analysis are carried out in a timely manner and identify any invalids or atypical results
• Responsible for the generation of quality data
• Perform safety assessments
• Adhere to QMS deadlines - CAPA’s and deviations

Skills and Experience Required:

• Degree in a Scientific area (chemistry or analytical) or equivalent experience
• Experience with cell line testing and working with multiple cell lines
• Significant experience in a GMP/GLP environment
• Experience of performing investigations
• Knowledge of GLM/GLP environment
• Experience of analytical testing
