Your Impact in Role
- Strategize, prioritize and execute through the prospecting strategy in the Mid-Market segment (emp# between 250 - 2,000) and generate qualified leads.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify the impactful use cases, and scale effectively the outreach.
- Conduct a well-rounded pitch to cover customer’s pain points, and pave the early success of close-win.
- Schedule demo calls and meetings to ensure a seamless hand-off process with the Account Executive.
- Achieve a set of targets on # of SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), and the ARR creation (Annual Recurring Revenue).
The Experience You'll Bring
- 2+ years of relevant experience in prospecting sales, inside sales, business development, etc.
- Experienced in cold calling, meeting generations, conducting sales pitches and other B2B sales activities.
- Customer-obsessed with great communication and negotiation skills.
- Clear traits on growth mindset, can-do attitude, and well-rounded approach.
- Great English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with corporate travel, employee benefits solutions, ESG-related is a plus.
