Bachelor's Degree in preferably any analytical, financial or HR discipline with a minimum of 8 years of working experience; or, Master's Degree in similar disciplines with 5 years of working experience - Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral)- Familiarity with PRC local authority's operating model and protocol- Solid working experience in administering and managing PRC social insurance, public housing fund, Hukou and other local benefits- Project management experience and will be able to lead a team of HR colleagues in enabling project implementationRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
