Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field.
- 6 + years of HR experience, specifically in: HR solutions, guidelines and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct experience in the following:
o Employee relations.
o Organization Diagnosis and Design.
o Leadership Development and/or Coaching.
o HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management.
