As part of a team, work on analyzing technology, business, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems. Prepare documents for analyzing user requirements procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. Assess and evaluate IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks. Participate in projects involving ServiceNow platform and strategies related to IT governance, principles, skills, and sourcing. Determine computer software or hardware needs. Create roadmaps with detailed project initiatives over a timeline. Align ServiceNow modules with business models across industry markets and guide IT process and organizational re-engineering programs or project streams.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 2 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 1 year of work experience.

Must have 1 year of consulting experience in a professional services firm.

Must have 1 years of experience in a combination involving at least two of the following:
- Consulting experience in technology strategy and management;
- IT Transformation including ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
- IT and enterprise Service Management design;
- Workflow design, configuration and testing on ServiceNow platforms, and/or
- Providing consulting services to enterprises in creating value, rationalizing costs, and managing IT risks and effectiveness.

Must have 1 years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
- Implementing technology strategy and cost optimization solutions using leading practices related to people, processes, and technology;
- Identifying cost saving opportunities and providing comprehensive recommendations for performance improvement;
- ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
- Business and technical requirements gathering;
- Technical Design, Configuration and Testing; and/or
- Enabling IT and enterprise Service Management workflows.
