Education and Professional Background:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.

  • Leadership Excellence:5+ years managing high-performing sales and technical teams with a proventrack recordof delivering results, supported by10+ years of experiencein sales and/or pre-sales roles.
  • Asia Experience:Demonstratedexpertisein the Asia market landscape, including cultural nuances and business dynamics, with a proventrack recordin technology-related sales and/or pre-salesleadershiproles
  • Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, combined with the ability to drive cloud and AI adoption acrosssocial impactorganis

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Proven ability to align salesand technologystrategies with customer success outcomes and influence decision-makers at the C-suite level, ideallywithin social impact organisations
