Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Map the customer journey and create targeted marketing campaigns for each stage.
  • Design and deliver customer enablement programs, including onboarding and training.
  • Develop self-service resources like knowledge bases and tutorials.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Implement loyalty and rewards programs to incentivize retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive advocacy and referrals.
  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including events and user groups.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer marketing, or customer retention marketing in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Passion for customer success and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary $115,000 – $145,000
