Job Description

This is a

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners to monitor project progress and achieve timely deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and risks
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of solutions
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within the tech industry
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and related tools
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar products is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders
