This is a
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners to monitor project progress and achieve timely deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and risks
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of solutions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within the tech industry
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and related tools
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar products is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders
