Job Description

Specialist – Technical Product Management for Internal Global GMP Application

This role has a focus on manufacturing execution specifically in an internally used, owned and maintained application enabling electronic logbooks.

Our future colleague’s responsibilities:

• Solicits end user feedback on current and planned application functionality
• Provides ad hoc training to new areas implementing the application
• Creates, updates, reviews, approves end user focused aspects of SDLC documentation in support of application changes
• Ensures quality of application releases through thorough informal and formal scripted end to end testing
• Creates and updates functional requirements for application enhancements
• Assists the business with creating and maintaining their application data dashboards (Spotfire / Mantis / Power BI)
• Supports internal audits and external inspections
• Supports complex problem investigations
• Identifies opportunities aligned to business & enterprise priority areas of focus.
• Explores and advocates new ways of working by learning directly from peers, users and external sources.
• Partners with business and product managers to solve challenging business problems and identify new opportunities.

Experience/Technical Skills:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Data analysis / SQL experience are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and accomplish goals in team settings.
• Effective interpersonal skills: able to establish good working relationships and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels and areas on both business and technical teams; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver.
• Demonstrated accomplishment and skill in oral and written communication.
• Knows when and how to speak up and appropriately raise issues to team and to management.
• Keeps both team members, departmental colleagues (as appropriate) and management fully apprised of project / initiative status and issues.
• Speaks up and contributes to team forums.
• Demonstrated management and credibility: diplomatic, focused, straightforward, honest.
• Ability to delegate work effectively and hold others accountable for deliverables
• Minimum 2+ years experience in the GMP regulated healthcare industry.
