Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring/developing end to end SAP supply chain planning solutions (SAP IBP/APO) OR equivalent experience.

- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring/developing end to end SAP supply chain planning solutions (SAP IBP/APO) OR equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning domain. Knowledge, experience and skills:
- 3+ years of relevant enterprise software design and SAP configuration experience with focus on IBP/APO modules such as S&OP, Demand and Response & Supply, Business Network Collaboration (IBP/Ariba), Cloud Platform Integration (CI-DS), Smart Data Integration (SDI), Real-Time Integration (RTI) and Core Interface (CIF).
- Technical implementation knowledge in Integrations with ECC or S/4 Hana, Ariba and other internal/external systems
- 3+ years experiences required in consumer electronics, and/or high-tech industry, and/or consumer packaged goods.
- 3+ years of experience working with modern engineering practices included, but not limited to: SAFe, Agile/Lean, CI/CD, or similar Agile development/implementation methodology.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing guidance and technical direction to peers as a recognized expert in Demand and Supply Planning and Procurement Execution.
- A sound understanding of other business technology concepts, including a solid understanding of software architectures, integration technologies and particularly cross-module SAP integration dependencies.
- Effective team player including communicating with customers, peers (business & technical), and suppliers.
- Understand Microsoft businesses and collaborate with stakeholders towards cohesive, end-to-end experiences for Microsoft customers.
- Familiarity with automation tools – Worksoft Certify, Visual Studio, SAP solution manager, etc.
- Proven ability in a global environment.
- Strong team building and proven leadership skills.
- Personal accountability, and drive, to take on and see through big challenges.
- Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Prior experience with SAP HANA solutions, including S/4 HANA a plus.
- Software engineering experience in other Microsoft technologies (i.e. Azure services) • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and platforms
- Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, E2E Test Automation, Telemetry.
