In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital products, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise
  • Make decisions in digital strategy forproduct/functionality/experiencearea requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve execution goals
  • Defining the roadmap from early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releases.
  • Operating as primary interface between business, tech, ops, risk, legal and compliance to drive digital solutions
  • Work with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions based on the latest product analytics, product team metrics and customer feedback
  • Define, track and communicate key product performance indicators as required to inform this process, and track business results
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions and product rollouts
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline
  • Familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery


Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
